20 Easy Recipes for Ground Beef

Easy to prepare family favorite recipes made with hamburger meat and easy-to-find ingredients like rice, potatoes, pasta.

One thing that became abundantly clear to me yesterday when I set out to buy our weekly groceries amid the Coronavirus crisis is that my neighbors love them some ground beef! There was none to be had at any of the stores I visited!

Either folks are stocking up on it because it's so easy to prepare or it has some magical properties that ward off the Coronavirus! I'm pretty sure I know which is the case 😉

20 Recipes for Ground Beef! Easy to prepare family favorite recipes made with hamburger meat and easy-to-find ingredients like rice, potatoes, pasta.

I decided to put together a list of my family's favorite hamburger meat recipes if you're like people in my neck of the woods and are sitting on a stockpile of ground beef. Because you can only eat so much Hamburger Helper and Sloppy Joes before you're ready to give it up!

Seriously, though, I hope you find these recipes helpful and I hope you and yours stay safe and well in the upcoming weeks (months?). Take care of yourselves, my friends!!

  1. Mandy, I just love these recipes. They all look so delicious. I know I will try some of them myself if not all of them. Right now in this world where we all are having a hard time these are just perfect recipes for the family. Schools are closed most people can't work for what ever reason. They will fit in to every family's pockebook, and life, filling without going to the poor house. There is one recipe I love. I went to Hawaii one time for vacation many years ago. One of the Islands favorite dish is Moko Loco. It is cooked white rice topped off with fried spam two fried eggs and gravy all over it. This is so good you can't even believe it. You can also use fried chicken breast or hamburger patty's as well. The gravy is usually brown gravy but I have made it with milk gravy too. Just a thought hope you don't mind.

    1. Aww, Donna, you just made my day! I just googled your spam dish and HOLY MOLY that looks amazing! I'll have to try that soon!! My daddy loved spam and it always makes me think of him. Mama and I were going over what all canned and dry goods we bought among the chaos. I told her I stocked up on canned tuna and rice and she said she got a ton of spam! Daddy would be proud of her!

Hi there! While I’m not able to respond to every comment, I try hard to answer any questions that haven’t been addressed in the post, recipe or in other comments.

I can tell you now 1) I have no idea if you can substitute Minute Rice or brown rice in my recipes because I’ve never used them and 2) If I know how to convert a recipe to a Crock Pot version, I will make a note about it (otherwise, I don’t know).

And though I may not respond to them all, I do read each and every comment and I LOVE to hear from you guys! Thanks, y’all! - Mandy
