Chicken & Stuffing Casserole - Weekend Potluck 340

A virtual recipe swap with dozens of new recipes from some of the TOP recipe creators online and on Pinterest!

Here I am in my second week of hosting the Weekend Potluck and I am already in love with several recipes I found! I can't even begin to tell you how many delicious ideas I've discovered over the years at the potluck.

Seriously, I zeroed right in on the Dutch Apple Pie because a.) I LOVE any pie with a crumb topping and b.) this one's gorgeous and c.) every time Husband hear's 'apple pie' he quotes one of his father's favorite sayings, "Apple pie without the cheese is like a kiss without the squeeze!" And that just makes me smile and feel all warm n' fuzzy inside.

If you missed last week's Weekend Potluck, here are a few highlights, including the recipe with the most views (which is actually one of mine! whoop! whoop!). If you're all caught up and want to see what's in store this week, just scroll on down below and see all the new recipes!

Hi there! While I’m not able to respond to every comment, I try hard to answer any questions that haven’t been addressed in the post, recipe or in other comments.

I can tell you now 1) I have no idea if you can substitute Minute Rice or brown rice in my recipes because I’ve never used them and 2) If I know how to convert a recipe to a Crock Pot version, I will make a note about it (otherwise, I don’t know).

And though I may not respond to them all, I do read each and every comment and I LOVE to hear from you guys! Thanks, y’all! - Mandy
