Hey Mandy. Do you know of a yellow squash casserole using squash butter onion grated cheese mayo and chunks of white bread. The white bread gives it a denseness and the mayo a twang. We know how delicious the other stuff is. I can make it up but just hoped you'd already done it for me (lol) if not try it. It’s soft and creamy and oh so good.
