  1. Thank you SOOOOO much for featuring my salmon patties! It's always super appreciated. :)

    Hope you're doing well!

  2. With regard to Salmon Patties: Red Salmon is much tastier than Pink Salmon. It costs a bit more, but you'll definitely taste the difference. Not only do I drain the can of salmon in a colander, but I always squeeze mine dry with my hand, & save the liquid if I need it for later. I always add a decent sprinkle of Old Bay Seasoning, and I use whole wheat Panko breadcrumbs. I always add diced celery (but not too finely diced) for crunch & flavor. Shifanoted parsley & celery leaves also add a huge amt. of flavor. Like it or not, ....I'm just sayin' it's delicious.

Hi there! While I’m not able to respond to every comment, I try hard to answer any questions that haven’t been addressed in the post, recipe or in other comments.

I can tell you now 1) I have no idea if you can substitute Minute Rice or brown rice in my recipes because I’ve never used them and 2) If I know how to convert a recipe to a Crock Pot version, I will make a note about it (otherwise, I don’t know).

And though I may not respond to them all, I do read each and every comment and I LOVE to hear from you guys! Thanks, y’all! - Mandy
