Triple Lemon Poke Cake - Weekend Potluck 372

A virtual recipe swap with dozens of new recipes from some of the TOP recipe creators online and on Pinterest!

Everything about this potluck reminds me of growing up! Mama used to make a lemon cake SO MUCH like this Triple Lemon Poke Cake. It might even be the same recipe! Seeing it here just makes me want to cook one!

And, though we made ours a little different and just called it Brown Rice, this Stick of Butter Rice was one of my all-time favorite side dishes when I was a kid! And everybody else loved it too. When they heard Mama was making it, everybody saved room!

And, again, we called it something different but I can't tell you how excited we could get when we had Easy Creamed Hamburger Gravy over toast for supper!

Hi there! While I’m not able to respond to every comment, I try hard to answer any questions that haven’t been addressed in the post, recipe or in other comments.

I can tell you now 1) I have no idea if you can substitute Minute Rice or brown rice in my recipes because I’ve never used them and 2) If I know how to convert a recipe to a Crock Pot version, I will make a note about it (otherwise, I don’t know).

And though I may not respond to them all, I do read each and every comment and I LOVE to hear from you guys! Thanks, y’all! - Mandy
