He cooked it in a 20 foot trough which I still have. He only put chicken, sausage, rice, salt, and pepper in his, but this recipe sounds good too. It comes out nice and fluffy. I cook the boneless breast of chicken and sweet Italian sausage separately. I cut up both the chicken and sweet sausage before cooking on low heat. I put 1/2-whole stick of butter in with chicken. I add the seasonings I use (onion powder,garlic powder, sea salt and black pepper) to the broth I make separately. I add broth and meats to my finished rice and walla, Dinner is served. Don't have serving size or prep time cuz I never make recipes the same.
