First I spread on cream cheese, then a think layer of beans, followed by taco meat or even a finely chopped fajita chicken, then guacamole, sourcream, cheese, sometimes rotel, sometimes salsa...however you have to be careful they don't get too wet or you have a mess. They are always a hit. I love the idea of how to wrap them. I usually make them in advance and then let them sit a few hours in the fridge or even over night to let the flavors "marry". Thanks for reminding me of this recipe.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12536514650935527370noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5848110156569017758.post-46433842854406359422013-12-16T21:38:00.151-05:002013-12-16T21:38:00.151-05:00is there an alternate to the Rotel (I don't do...is there an alternate to the Rotel (I don't do spicy/chillies very well). Don't know why I never thought to roll it up in a tortilla when I wanted some and didn't want to wait on chicken to bake! I usually just end up eating it as a dip with chips...Feelin' pretty stupid 'bout now.....noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5848110156569017758.post-76821368036457211572013-05-04T00:48:43.045-04:002013-05-04T00:48:43.045-04:00These look yummy!
