10 Easy Meals Made with Ground Beef

We eat A LOT of ground beef in my house. It’s affordable. It’s forgiving (kinda hard to screw it up). The kids love it. It’s versatile. And it freezes well.

I buy the gigantic family packs of it then portion it into 1-pound sections, wrap them with aluminum foil then toss them in the freezer. It’s way cheaper to buy it this way and the foil helps it last a little longer in the freezer than the clear plastic wrap the store wraps it in.

Here are 10 of my favorite ground beef recipes! Enjoy!

  1. I used to do the same thing with ground beef when I had a family at home. But I still like to have some in the freezer because it is so easy to fix and personally I like the flavor, especially on the grill.

I'd love it if you share these ideas with us at What'd You Do This Weekend.

I can't wait to try these but substituting ground venison for the ground beef. Much leaner and abundant in my freezer.

Hi there! While I’m not able to respond to every comment, I try hard to answer any questions that haven’t been addressed in the post, recipe or in other comments.

I can tell you now 1) I have no idea if you can substitute Minute Rice or brown rice in my recipes because I’ve never used them and 2) If I know how to convert a recipe to a Crock Pot version, I will make a note about it (otherwise, I don’t know).

And though I may not respond to them all, I do read each and every comment and I LOVE to hear from you guys! Thanks, y’all! - Mandy
